I just look at some of the markets where I own or invest in businesses. For example metal fabs. We just built a more agentic ERP for two we own. It can now help you prioritize what to build, optimize buying of materials, etc. None of the ERPs on the market really do this and what capability they have requires tons of money to implement and people to operate it. So once you have that then you could build agents for the sellers of materials and the primes who have zero visibility into their suppliers parts status. I'm also looking at this in a new startup we're launching for ai as a managed service for a vertical we're targeting. You can then build agents for their vendors and their customers. That one is still unproven but working on it. I also own a government consulting firm and there's a lot there as well.
This is a really important idea. I hadn't thought of it this way before. Once you do though, you see opportunities everywhere.
where jumps out to you?
