Why is it called “99% Derisible”
I started writing this first on Tinyletter (RIP) in ≈2015. At the time 99% Invisible was a really big popular podcast. I have no idea if it still exists. I was trying to come up with a name and went for a stupid pun.
Now 10+ years later, I feel too pot-committed to change it. So functionally the name means nothing. But I think it’s a pretty good reminder to myself and hopefully to my readers that this is always an exercise in experimentation and thinking out loud rather than calling victory on accomplishments, intellectual or otherwise.
